Determined to solve the problem himself, James said, “I’ll do it myself.” With a decade of heavy machinery knowledge and expertise, he rented a backhoe and brought his vision to life. This pivotal moment led to the realization that there was a significant gap in the market for efficient, high-quality land management services.
Fueled by his newfound mission, James purchased his own equipment, obtained licensing and bonding, and in 2022, established Oceanside Land Management.
